It is broken into two separate sub-designations Certified Home Selling Advisor® (CHSA) and the Certified Home Buyer Advisor® (CHBA).
Both designations are earned through a web-based training program and consist of over 80 hours of comprehensive preparatory courses culminating with a final examination. Successful completion of the CHSA and CHBA programs tells clients, their agent has passed a rigorous set of preparatory requirements, and demonstrated mastery of the skill required to be a successful Expert Advisor®.
